  I am extremely disappointed with the service/my experience with this Credit Union. The day to day banking has been fine but anytime I have needed help with a loan it's been a disaster. Then today I tried to replace a lost debit card and the manager at the Eldridge branch was so rude and unhelpful. After this experience we decided to close our accounts and bank elsewhere. It's a shame that she couldn't have been a little more polite and helpful. I know I am only one customer but if she treats others this way this branch will surely lose more customers.

  I've went thru a few different banks and vibrant is my favorite. Ive never had any issues with my money and they don't charge me for having an account, if anything they reward u for having an account with them. And they are always very nice and have fast service. The only issue I have is I wish there were more banks across the country so I can deposit money on my card when I travel
